Our Programs
Program Development & Organizational Partnerships
Building programs that fit your community.
Every community is different. Rather than asking organizations to adapt to a one-size-fits-all model, The Planted Brain works alongside community partners to design therapeutic horticulture programs that reflect the unique needs, strengths, and goals of the people they serve. Whether you’re looking to introduce a single workshop, build a recurring series, or develop a long-term wellness initiative, we collaborate with you to create programming that is practical, trauma-informed, and grounded in community.

Why Organizations Partner With Us
We combine clinical expertise, therapeutic horticulture training, and experience working alongside community organizations to deliver programming that is both meaningful and accessible.
Our partnerships can include:
- Training opportunities for clinicians and helping professionals
- Custom therapeutic horticulture curriculum
- One-time workshops and recurring series
- Staff wellness and resilience programming
- Outcome measurement and program evaluation
- Organizational consultation and program development
Designed Around Your Community
No two organizations—or the people they serve—are exactly alike. We take time to understand your mission, your participants, and your goals before developing programming that fits your setting.
We’ve partnered with organizations supporting:
- Staff wellness initiatives
- Disaster recovery
- Behavioral health
- Housing and homelessness
- Community wellness
- Recovery services

CalAIM & Enhanced Care Management (ECM) Partnerships
For managed care plans and lead entities, The Planted Brain is available as a subcontractor under existing CalAIM Community Supports and Enhanced Care Management agreements — bringing clinically grounded, trauma-responsive therapeutic horticulture into the networks already serving your members. Our CalAIM partnerships can include:
- Clinical facilitation by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with advanced Therapeutic Horticulture training
- Programming aligned to Community Supports categories such as housing stability, recovery support, and community reintegration
- Member engagement programming that complements existing ECM care teams
- Turnkey delivery — one-time workshops, multi-week series, or closed support groups, without requiring in-house clinical development
- Reporting and documentation built to fit your existing outcomes tracking
We’ve delivered this programming in partnership with organizations including Jericho Road of Pasadena, Downtown Women’s Center, and Semillas.
